To adjust the users initial view of your PDF file, you need Adobe Acrobat. Go to File…Properties….Initial View. Here you can set the magnification to “Fit Page” or another option that you choose.

To add a caption to the picture in a joomla article, click on the picture, then go to the picture settings icon (where you adjust size and alignment) and choose “caption” in the class.  You may need some spacing adjustments, but this class will display the title that you typed in the picture settings box.
